1. Who we are
This website, trypolin.store, is operated by k&Pcompany llc, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States. Trypolin is a trading name of k&Pcompany llc.
For the purposes of applicable data protection law, k&Pcompany llc is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at infotrypolin@gmail.com.
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from trypolin.store, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it.
2. Information you give us
- Order information: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and the details of what you ordered.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processors, not by us. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the payment method type and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Customer service information: whatever you send us by email or through our contact form, including the content of your messages and any photographs or videos you send us.
- Marketing preferences: your email address if you subscribe to our list, and whether you have unsubscribed.
3. Information we collect automatically
- Device and browsing data: your IP address, browser and operating system, the pages you view on our store, the time you spend on them, how you arrived and what you clicked.
- Cookies and similar technologies: small files that keep your cart contents, remember your session, measure how the store performs and support advertising. You can manage them through your browser settings and through our cookie banner where one is shown.
4. Why we use your information
- To process, fulfil and deliver your order, and to send you order confirmations, shipping notifications and tracking details.
- To answer your questions and handle returns, refunds, exchanges and warranty claims.
- To detect and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse and other misuse of the store.
- To measure and improve how the store works and which products people want.
- To send you marketing emails, where you have subscribed or where the law allows it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to run the store, and only with what they need to do their job:
- Shopify Inc. — our ecommerce platform. Shopify hosts this store and processes order and customer data on our behalf. Shopify's own privacy policy is published at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- Payment processors — to take payment and to handle refunds and chargebacks.
- Fulfilment and shipping partners and carriers — to pick, pack and deliver your order, and to give you tracking.
- Email and customer support tools — to send transactional and marketing email and to manage support conversations.
- Analytics and advertising providers — including Meta and Google, to measure our advertising and to show relevant ads. Depending on your jurisdiction, sharing information with advertising providers may count as a "sale" or a "share" of personal information under state privacy law. See section 8 for how to opt out.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information, or where we need to establish or defend a legal claim.
6. Cookies and advertising
We use advertising and analytics cookies and pixels, including the Meta pixel, to understand which ads bring people to the store and to show ads to people who have visited it. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the tools offered by those platforms, through your browser's cookie controls, or through our "Your Privacy Choices" page.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to serve you, and afterwards for as long as our tax, accounting and legal obligations require — normally seven years from the date of the order. Support conversations are kept for up to three years. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, and we then keep a minimal record of your unsubscribe so that we do not email you again.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy of it.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your personal information, subject to the records we are legally required to keep.
- Port your information to another service, in a portable format.
- Opt out of marketing email at any time, using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and of targeted advertising, if you are a resident of California or another state that grants that right.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We will not charge you a different price or give you a worse service.
To exercise any of them, email infotrypolin@gmail.com from the address you used for your order, or use our "Your Privacy Choices" page. We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not hand your data to someone else. You may use an authorised agent, and we may ask that agent for proof of their authority.
9. Children
This store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, write to infotrypolin@gmail.com and we will delete it.
10. Security
Our store runs over an encrypted connection and payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information and we limit access to it to the people who need it.
11. International transfers
We are a United States company and our service providers are located in the United States and elsewhere. If you order from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and in other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for those transfers.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in how we operate or in the law. When we do, we change the "last updated" date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on the store.
13. Contact and complaints
For any question about this policy, or to make a complaint about how we have handled your information, write to:
k&Pcompany llc
Email: infotrypolin@gmail.com
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to the data protection or consumer protection authority where you live.
